Abstract

Lecturers and students from the University of West London (UWL) take on a healthy lifestyle challenge aimed at promoting an understanding of the complex issues related to obesity in pregnancy. Students are encouraged to explore evidence-based ways to address these issues, and develop an enhanced level of empathy for women.
