Abstract

Through knowledge management, African countries can achieve manufacturing industrialisation. African's growth and development depend on their capacity to manage the new age industrialisation benefits for poverty alleviation by creating employment opportunities. Africa needs an endogenously generated strategy integrating basic development principles with local characteristics to achieve socio-economic growth.
