Abstract

This presentation highlights the challenges for brands-- particularly in terms of their online presence-- in what the author terms "the age of reputation." Positing that traditional approaches to marketing and promotional communications no longer work in today's environment, best practice guidance and real world examples are provided to illustrate paths for business success.
