Abstract

This research comprises two observatioal studies investigating the use of acupuncture to manage hot flushes and night sweats that are side effects of tamoxifen as an adjuvant treatment for early breast cancer. Two forms of acupuncture were examined: traditional body acupuncture and ear acupuncture.
