Abstract

A cappella carol setting of an anonymous mediaeval, macaronic Marian text. Composition completed in December 2011. Published by Novello & Co. [Music Sales Ltd], 2013. Novello also issued a recording of the work on its 2013 Christmas repertoire promotional CD. The performance referred to in the present context was given by the Choir of St Bride's Church, Fleet Street, London, under directorship of Robert Jones, during their Advent Carol Concert, 29 November 2015.
