Abstract

The aim of the research was to establish:
-What are the characteristics and expectations of the Millennial workforce?
-What 4th-year students of London Geller College of Hospitality and Tourism expect from their future workplaces and what are the organisational attributes that they desire?
-What are the challenges that companies might face in regards to the Millennial workforce and how they can attract and motivate employees?
